Founded by Mahmoud Behnamiri and Robert Brinker, SERF was built on a unique blend of expertise—Mr. Behnamiri’s background in commercial new construction and Mr. Brinker’s experience in historical restoration. This balance of innovation and preservation quickly established SERF as a trusted partner across Georgia’s construction landscape.
Throughout the 1990s and beyond, SERF expanded by adding key personnel and developing long-term relationships with clients, architects, and general contractors. Today, we’re recognized as one of Atlanta’s premier contractors for waterproofing, restoration, and fireproofing systems.
